Southdowns Builders has undertaken the construction of new build offices and reception areas, extensions to existing buildings, fit outs and alterations of existing layouts, and office refurbishments.

We work throughout the Hampshire, Sussex and Surrey areas in conjunction with contracted builders to provide specialist and general support construction work. We possess the building expertise and ability to seamlessly integrate into construction sites in order to provide them with the technical support required for specific or general building tasks.

Civil Engineering

Southdowns Builders has undertaken all types of civil sub-engineering projects, and has the capability to provide a range of sustainable, high quality and innovative solutions in the specialisms of roads, car parks, foundations, drainage, sewers, earthworks, groundworks and demolition.

 

Industrial

Southdowns Builders has earned a reputation for the construction of industrial buildings delivering both new build units and extensions to existing premises. Also in the sub-contracting side we work closely with all elements of the construction project staff working in an efficient and cohesive part of the team.

 

Southampton City Council

In 2013 and 2014 Southdowns Builders sub-contracted work for Wates Construction to carry out parapet renovations to the roofing and leadwork areas of the civic offices, which is a Grade II listed historic building.
